  • Q.Why can't I access the video transcripts or the Audio files?

    A.The video transcripts and audio files are only available to Elite members. To upgrade click here.

  • Q.Why can't I access the documents in the Coaches/Consultants/Experts Module?

    A.This Module is available at an additional price. Click here to find out more.

  • Q.The document I need won't download, what can I do?

    A.Firstly check that the document hasn’t downloaded onto your computer without you noticing – check the area that your downloads are saved in. Check the symbols to the right of the page and if one has an arrow on, click that to download.

    Secondly, try accessing it on a different browser – try Google Chrome or Firefox.

    If you still don’t have any joy, email us at support@suzannedibble.com with the heading ‘problem downloading document’ and state whether you need the document urgently or not.

  • Q.The video I want to watch won't play, what can I do?

    A.Try accessing the page on a different broswer – Google Chrome or Firefox. If you are still having problems, email us at support@suzannedibble.com

  • Q.I need a document reviewing, what should I do?

    A.As was made clear when you ordered on the checkout page and the terms and conditions, reviewing document is not included in the price of your membership. If you would like us to review a document for you or draft a tailored documents for you, email us at support@suzannedibble.com with the heading ‘review template’ or ‘draft tailored document’ and we will be in touch to discuss our fees for doing this.

  • Q.What kind of questions can I ask in the Facebook group?

    A.You can ask any questions at all on business law issues or business issues. Just be sure that you don’t mind the other members seeing your question and seeing the reply. You must not disclose any third party confidential information in the Facebook group.

  • Q.How long will it take you to reply to my Facebook question?

    A.We will reply as soon as we can and this is typically within 24 hours during business days. If you need an urgent answer, mark your post ‘Urgent’ and we will be sure to reply as soon as we possible can.

  • Q.Is there any way I can search the Facebook group to see whether anyone else has asked a question about the issue I am facing?

    A.Yes. At the top right of the page there is a search icon and if you enter your search term in that box, all posts where that word has been mentioned will be displayed.
